Frequently asked questions

What are the participant ages?


7th through 12th grades Our tour accepts students based on grade level ( 7 -12). Middle school students ( grades 7&8) participation will be based on maturity level. Remember, students will be traveling all over the country ofteen without parents for the first time. They must be able to do basic things by themselves and handle responsibility.




Are parents allowed to participate?


Yes! Yes, parents, can chaperone tour events. The cost for parents is $325.




What is your refund policy?


Complete Refund Minus Deposit If you are unnable to attend the tour that you signed up for, a full refund will be issue NOT INCLUDING DEPOSIT. In the event of an emergency or scheduing conflict, you may sign up for a differrent tour at a different date. All refunds must be requested 30 DAYS PRIOR to tour events.




Are there payment plans available?


Yes Payment plans are available. All payment must be received by March 19th, 2019 in order to participate on the Spring 2019 tour.




What is the cutoff date to signup?


Until the bus is full Once we reach our capacity of 44 students, all other applicants are put on a waiting list and will be offered spots in order of application. If a seat comes available, you will be offered and expected to pay for the seat in full. All students on the waiting list who are not to be accomodated for will be offered a refund of their $100 deposit or will be offered first shot at a spot on the next tour.
